Montreal has an ambitious plan to change the way we deal with composting on the island. The city plans to build five composting plants across the island to turn the waste into useable compost and methane gas. But the project is already behind schedule and over-budget and is facing a list of complaints. We speak with experts about how it is progressing, and just what price we will pay to be more green.
