We like to think we're environmentally-conscious in Quebec. But are we as Green as we think we are? We export most of our recycled materials, and we don't even appear to be doing a very good job of that. China recently stopped taking our recyclables because we don't sort them properly. Now some are arguing that we should do more locally, and stop exporting our problems. The good news? It appears we're starting to do just that.
