Officials are still deciding what to do with most of the buildings that once housed the Royal Victoria Hospital. McGill is taking over part of the complex, but what will happen to the rest? It's just the latest in a series of recent redevelopment projects downtown. And we discover that while municipal politicians say they want to attract more families to the city core, critics say little is being done to provide the services that would attract those families.
