About the show

514 Undiscovered captures the vibrancy of Montréal’s most obscure communities. The city is renowned for its eclectic makeup, yet we seldom hear about the inner workings of its underground groups. Each week show hosts Giordano Cescutti and Alexa Everett immerse themselves into two diverse communities to capture a behind-the-scenes look and to dispel common misconceptions. With the help of members of each group, Giordano and Alexa learn how to become ASMRtists, belly dance and battle each other during live action role-playing.

Alexa is an award-nominated multimedia journalist. Her work has been featured on the Montreal Gazette’s front page and Ricochet Media.Having always spent time volunteering, Alexa’s passion for telling human-interest stories has continued to grow. She cohosts bi-weekly painting workshops with residents of women’s shelter Logifem. She is currently working as a reporter and researcher for MAtv’s CityLife. 514 Undiscovered was nominated for an RTDNA award for its first season.

Giordano Cescutti

Giordano is an award-nominated multimedia journalist. His work has been featured on CityNews and the Montreal Gazette’s front page. Giordano has always had a passion for telling human-interest stories. He also cohosts biweekly painting workshops with residents of women’s shelter Logifem. He is currently working as a reporter and researcher for MAtv’s CityLife. 514 Undiscovered was nominated for an RTDNA award for its first season.
