Saison 13

2. Have Anglos Been Abandoned?

Quebec is working to strengthen its language laws based on fears over the future of French in the province. But some worry that the protection of the French language is coming at the expense of anglophone rights, especially here in Montreal. And some who have objected have been directly attacked by the Premier as anti-Quebec. We ask if political parties at any level of government are standing up for the rights of minority anglophones.

Guest(s) : Marlene Jennings, QCGN President David Birnbaum, Liberal Critic for Relations with English-Speaking Quebecers Robert Libman, Former Leader of the Equality Party in the National Assembly
