It's been almost five hundred days since Valerie Plante won the election to be mayor of Montreal. Time for a checkup on how she and her Projet Montreal team are doing at City Hall. The new team has certainly left it's mark on the city, taking Montreal in a more progressive direction. But it has also run into its fair share of controversies. We asked Montrealers to tell us what concerns them, and our panel of experts weighs in.
