There was a lot of optimism when food trucks were reintroduced to Montreal a few years ago. But things haven't gone quite as expected. Operators faced lots of regulations and limited locations to ply their trade. So the city changed the rules for food trucks as they look towards the 2019 season. We talk to operators and officials to find out if those changes will be enough to turn the food truck industry around.
