People in wheelchairs and with limited mobility have been battling Montreal City Hall for decades. They say the city simply isn't accessible for them. In recent years, we have gone through several changes at city city, and many new promises have been made. But has anything really changed? We find out why change still seems to be happening at a glacial pace, and what may be done to accelerate accesibility.
